1 / 4Day 1: Arrive and settle in Mirissa. Visit Polhena Beach, then enjoy sunset at Weligama Beach. Day 2: Whale watching (roughly Nov to Apr), Mirissa Beach, Coconut Tree Hill and Turtle Beach. Day 3: Surf lesson at Weligama Bay, a fishing experience and a beach evening. Day 4: Drive to Galle, stopping at Unawatuna and Jungle Beach on the way. Then Galle Fort, the National Maritime Museum and a sunset walk on the ramparts. Day 5: Madu Ganga boat safari, then on to Colombo for your flight. Optional Day 6: Colombo city tour covering temples, the museum and Galle Face Green. 3 nights in Mirissa, 1 night in Galle, and an optional night in Colombo.
